KICKING OFF 2026 WITH A BUILDER BREAKFAST

Society 1056 recently hosted its first builder breakfast of 2026, bringing together our valued builder partners on site to connect, celebrate our ongoing partnerships, and share what’s ahead for the growing community.
The morning was an opportunity to thank our builders for their continued commitment and to start the year aligned, connected and confident in the shared vision for Society 1056.

A Clubhouse that sets Society 1056 apart

A key highlight shared during the breakfast was the future Clarke Hopkins Clarke designed Clubhouse, which will be a defining feature of Society 1056 and a true point of difference within the west corridor, specifically Fraser Rise. Designed as a wellness led, resort style destination, the clubhouse will include a gym, sauna, magnesium spa, swimming pools, yoga studio, outdoor cricket nets, pickleball court and basketball halfcourt. More than an amenity, it will act as the heart of the community, elevating the lifestyle offering for residents and creating a compelling drawcard for future purchasers. The clubhouse is expected to open early 2028.

Green space, everyday convenience and long-term liveability

The builder breakfast was an opportunity for our team to provide an update on the abundance of green space and amenity planned for the Society 1056 community. Approximately 9 hectares of parks, waterways and active open space are planned across the community, with the Stage 6 park expected to complete later this year. More than 5,000 new trees will also be delivered, helping establish a mature, connected landscape from day one and contribute to a cooler climate for the community: Read more here.

Looking ahead, Society 1056 will include a proposed Local Convenience Centre adjacent to the clubhouse, along with a future local government school and community centre, supporting families and long-term community growth.

Supporting our customers from day one

Eligible purchasers can currently access complimentary front lot landscaping and a Zappi EV charger, enhancing the move-in experience and adding long-term value from the outset. Sustainability remains embedded throughout the estate, with over 100 ESD initiatives and an intentional east–west street orientation supporting better solar performance, natural light and energy efficiency. The breakfast was a great opportunity to share updates, celebrate partnerships and reinforce our commitment to working closely with our builders as Society 1056 continues to grow.

As we move through 2026, we look forward to continuing to build momentum together.
