An exciting milestone has been reached at Society 1056, with the Planning Permit now approved for the community’s much anticipated lifestyle clubhouse. The approval marks the transition from planning into delivery, allowing the project to progress toward a clubhouse designed to support everyday living and connection within the community. With the Planning Permit in place, the clubhouse project can now move into its next phases. Over the coming months, this will include the appointment of a project manager, followed by contractor engagement and preparation for construction commencement. 

Each step represents steady progress toward delivering a clubhouse designed to grow alongside the community and serve as a lasting asset for residents for years to come.

Following this planning milestone, further updates will be shared as the project progresses through upcoming stages, including build partner appointment, construction commencement and, ultimately, the opening of the clubhouse.  We look forward to continuing to share this journey and bringing another important piece of Society 1056’s longterm vision to life.
