We are pleased to share monthly construction updates for Stage 1 for Society 1056

Titles for Stage 01 are now registered and settlements have commenced.

March 2025: Construction Update 

Statement of Compliance achieved. Titles are now registered and settlements have commenced.

February 2025: Statement Of Compliance Received 

– Statement of Compliance has been received and titles have been lodged at the Titles Office.

– Once titles are received, purchaser settlements will be triggered as per your Contract of Sale.  If you have not already done so, please speak with your broker and conveyancer now to ensure you are prepared for your forecast settlement date.

– Once titles are issued, purchasers are welcome to settle earlier. Please ask your conveyancer to request this.

January 2025: Construction Update 

– All construction and authority testing are complete, and we are working through final authority compliance. Titles are expected in February 2025.

November 2024: Construction Update 

– Civil works such as topsoiling and nature strips are forecast for completion this month. We are currently going through authority compliance testing and audits.

Important Access Information
– Access is for valuers only. No builders or purchasers will be permitted onsite. All valuers must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and show a valid WorkSafe accreditation upon entry.

October: Construction Update

– Sewer, drainage, and internal electrical works are now complete, with testing and compliance scheduled for the coming weeks.

– Footpaths and topsoiling are now in progress.

September 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer and water services complete.
– Electrical trenching and pavement works ongoing.

August 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer service construction is complete with drainage construction underway.

July 2024: Construction Update
– Construction of drainage services are underway.

June 2024: Construction Update

– Sewer service installation is now complete
– Preparations for drainage installation are underway

May 2024: Construction Update

– Sewer works are nearly complete.
– Preparations for roads and pavements are underway, with excavation works preparing these areas.

April 2024: Construction Update

– Construction continues with bulk earthworks advancing.
– We have initiated service trenching marked by the commencement of sewer pipe installation.
