There has been no change to the Title forecast for this stage. Titles for this stage are anticipated in Q4 of 2024.
September 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer and water services complete.
– Electrical trenching and pavement works ongoing.
August 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer service construction is complete with drainage construction underway.
July 2024: Construction Update
– Construction of drainage services are underway.
June 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer service installation is now complete
– Preparations for drainage installation are underway
May 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer works are nearly complete.
– Preparations for roads and pavements are underway, with excavation works preparing these areas.
April 2024: Construction Update
– Construction continues with bulk earthworks advancing.
– We have initiated service trenching marked by the commencement of sewer pipe installation.
March 2024: Construction Update
– Stage 01 construction has commenced!
– Earthworks and trenching are underway in anticipation for essential services.
