We are pleased to share monthly construction updates for Stage 02 for Society 1056

Titles for Stage 02 are now registered and settlements have commenced.

March 2025: Construction Update 

Statement of Compliance achieved. Titles are now registered and settlements have commenced.

February 2025: Construction Update 

Statement of Compliance achieved. Titles are now lodged at the Titles Office and are expected in the coming week.

Valuation Access is open for Stage 2 – no appointment is needed.

Access is for valuers only.

November 2024: Construction Update
– We are currently preparing for construction of the roads. Kerb and channel will follow.

October 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer and drainage construction are complete, with water servicing and road construction currently underway.

September 2024: Construction Update
– Water service has commenced and is approximately 30% complete.
– Electrical trenching has commenced and is approximately 50% complete.

August 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer service construction works are completed with drainage construction underway.
– Water service and road construction is anticipated to commence in the coming weeks. Titles are anticipated in Q1 2025.

July 2024: Construction Update
– Construction of sewer services is nearing completion.
– Drainage construction is expected to commence late July 2024.

June 2024: Construction Update
– Construction works are ongoing, with sewer service installation currently in progress
– Sewer services are expected to be completed by early July

May 2024: Construction Update
– Site stripping has wrapped up ahead of sewer construction commencement

April 2024: Construction Update
– Construction activities for Stage 02 are in full swing following the completion of initial site preparation and clearing
– Bulk earthworks will begin shortly.

March 2024: Construction Update
– Pre-construction works are underway preparing the site for commencement of initial earthworks
