STAGE UPDATE

We are pleased to share monthly construction updates for Stage 03 for Society 1056

Titles for this stage are anticipated in early July 2025.

May 2025: Construction Update

All construction activities are now complete, and we are currently working our way through authority testing and compliance items.

We are currently on track to achieving Statement of Compliance by the end of the month, with titles to follow shortly after.

April 2025: Construction Update

Kerb and channel works complete. Footpath and driveway preparation underway for concrete pour.

Electrical installation scheduled to commence in early May.

March 2025: Construction Update

– All underground services are installed, and road boxing works are complete. Preparation works for the kerb pour is underway.

February 2025: Construction Update

– Water reticulation works continue, with road boxing and crossings well commenced.

January 2025: Construction Update

– Drainage installation is complete with the water infrastructure scheduled for this month.

November 2024: Construction Update
– We are currently preparing for drainage works. Installation of water will follow.

October 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer construction is finished, and drainage work is set to begin in the coming weeks

September 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer works are going.

August 2024: Construction Update
– Sewer service construction is underway.

July 2024: Construction Update
– Construction of sewer services has now commenced.

June 2024: Construction Update
– Construction works have commenced, with site stripping now complete
– Sewer service installation is set to begin within the coming week

May 2024: Construction Update
– Construction has officially commenced, with site stripping currently underway
